Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Opino. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By creating an Opino account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The binding agreement is with Advanced Internet Technologies, S.L. (CIF B76122035, Spain). If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. The service
Opino helps businesses obtain Google reviews through automated review requests via email, WhatsApp, QR codes, and in-store kiosks. Features evolve — we may add or change features and occasionally retire ones almost nobody uses. Material changes receive advance notice.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per business (Pro and Business plans support multiple locations). Keep your business name, billing contact, and email up to date.
4. Acceptable use
Send review requests only to people who are real customers of your business. No purchased lists, no cold outreach to strangers, no scraped data. Respect unsubscribe requests and comply with marketing law (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, LGPD, LFPDPPP). Prohibited: paying for reviews, filtering reviews by rating, buying fake reviews, illegal content, harassment, impersonation, and infrastructure abuse.
5. Messaging terms
By providing your mobile number you agree to receive account verification codes and a product demo message you explicitly request. Standard carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Users sending review requests are responsible for obtaining their customers’ prior consent and complying with messaging law; Opino automatically includes STOP/HELP and honors opt-outs.
6. Ownership of customer data
You own the customer data you put into Opino. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. You act as the data controller under GDPR, with Opino as processor. You can export your data at any time in JSON or CSV.
7. Fees, trial, and billing
Plans: Essential €39/mo, Pro €79/mo, Business €159/mo. Free trial: 14 days, no card required; at trial end the account pauses unless you convert to a paid plan (data retained 30 days). Billing is monthly, prepaid, via Stripe, with invoices in your dashboard. Failed payments retry for 7 days before the account pauses.
8. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from the dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation before permanent deletion.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
Opino is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee specific review counts or ranking improvements. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
10. Intellectual property
Opino, the Opino name, the logo, and the software are our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing. Product feedback you provide may be used without compensation or obligation.
11. Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. Severe violations warrant immediate termination; for other breaches we provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remediate.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU/EEA/UK consumers retain the procedural rights available in their country of residence under applicable mandatory law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The “last updated” date reflects revisions. Material changes receive 30 days’ advance email notice, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
